Welcome to the Science in Dance Teacher Conference. We are excited to welcome Guest Speakers to deliver sessions to Teachers surrounding key topics that are vital to the development of Young Dancers.

Our Sessions will run Weekly commencing January for 12 weeks.

Session Topics will Include:

- Strength and Conditioning (Tips for the studio and advice that can be safely distributed)

- Growth and Maturation of the Young Dancer

- Injury Management 

- Anatomy and Physiology

- Myth Busting

- Turn Out and Hip Anatomy

- Injury Management of the Full Time Dancer

- Nutrition and The Health Dancer
